Edit: The hotel manager seems to have seen the feedback and managed to address some of the points, they admitted a couple of rooms do have connection issues and offered to move us to a different one.

Original: On the surface the place looks great, newly built, huge pool, good lighting. However the details are extremely poorly taken care of. The water provided by the hotel had mould growing on the inside of the lid Tea and coffee weren’t given initially even though stated on the site Extremely loud building work on site which makes it impossible to be out in the courtyard They host events right in the courtyard and allow ridiculously loud karaoke which no earplugs can block out. We literally could not rest. The host’s attitude is poor. They said they’d pick us up from town centre prior to arriving, then backtracked and asked us to get taxi. Communication just isn’t reliable. Wonderful staff, wonderful place but the elephant on the room; the beautiful soaking tub. Why do you have these beautiful tubs in rooms when the hot water capacity isn’t up to fill them? Tổ chức gala cho đoàn khách ngoài ăn uống, ca hát, ko có ko gian riêng cho họ. Xô bồ và ồn ào. Dù họ báo là 10h sẽ nghỉ hát. Nhưng cái tôi cần là không gian yên tĩnh. Đồ ăn khá đắt, ko quá hấp dẫn và ngon. Vòi sen rất khó sử dụng. Bị hư, rò rỉ nước. Ổ khoá rất khoa tra, mất thời gian khoá của. Bình siêu tốc rất ghê, nước có lợn cợn. Hình thức bên ngoài tạm ổn. Có không gian chụp hình, hồ bơi tạm ổn, nước không trong. Phục vụ rất lâu. 1 Nhân viên lễ tân nữ (hoặc là bà chủ) còn hoạnh hoẹ lại khách khi khách đi chơi vừa về báo nước tràn trong nhà tắm, nhờ qua xem giúp thì nói: “Chắc các bạn làm j đó quên khoá nước, chứ phòng có ai vào đâu mà tràn nước”.
