Mộc Châu Eco Garden Resort — Hotel in Sơn La Province

It took 8 hours to get to Moc Chau from Sapa. Checking in process was super rushed. No welcome drink or dinner like other resorts, nothing welcoming! Found a big lizard in our room, so I asked the staff to chase the lizard outside. The male staff that came in, trying to chase the lizard outside was annoyed and made rude remark about us and our little kids being scared of the lizard. The staff only chased the lizard down the bathroom drainage!! Only a matter of time that lizard crawling up from the bathroom drainage! We live in the USA, where it is disgusting to have lizards hanging out on the wall inside the house. First resort in Vietnam where we found a lizard...

Took a room for 2adults and 3 children and got a very lovely cute and clean little apartment with the largest set of refreshments we could buy , a dining area, tiny living room and 3 bedrooms!
