PARIS HOTEL BẮC YÊN — Hotel in Sơn La Province

Apparently the employee had no idea what needed to be done in my room when I checked in. She knocked and brought me two small towels and two bottles of water, which were already in the room. After we went out to eat in town I realized I had no blanket or toilet paper. Unfortunately there was no one at the reception to ask for it. The internet is barely working and the bed cover had stains. The pillows were so big that you can't sleep on them unless you want to wake up with a sore neck. So I slept in my jacket and pants and was glad to have my own travel pillow and toilet paper. After four hours of half-sleep my night was over. At least the Hotel is in the center...

270k per night. New, clean, big room, good wifi, AC and hot water.

Building design is odd - the room is advertised as lake view, which it is if you open the front door and look out 😒 from the communal walkway, which for some reason has prime position. The only window in the room faces into the staircase on the other side of the room from the lake. Poor design.

Absolutely exceptional rooms with great value (300k for room with double bed). The bed is very comfortable, the facilities are modern, the hotel provides all toiletries and the room was quiet, overlooking the inside courtyard.
