By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. When I stepped into the room, there isn't any spot left unclean that I could find. The corners of the tables, back of the TV and also the bathtub were all spotless clean. I must say that condition of the room is pristine.

Amenities were good as well. Unlike other hotels that charged a fee, they had both sauna and steam room with the addition of jacuzzi that is free for use.

Beds were sturdy and firm that suits my preference. The 3 pillows given were also super comfortable. I can tell that the hotel makes an effort to replace those pillows as they are definitely not the flat and soft kind that I'd experienced in other hotels.

A BIG THANK YOU to Mr Phan, Mr Vu and big boss of Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh. Service level 10/5 is certainly not an exaggeration. They had far exceeded my expectations as they went beyond and above just to help.

Me and a group of friends had went to hike Baden via electricity pole trail and had gotten lost. One of them had even injured his leg as we were actually hiking off track.

Due to interest of time, I called Mr Phan to send us help as we may have issues coming down the mountain. In no time, Mr Vu had reached out to us and begin to guide us down the path. We had shared location with him at the point of time and he constantly assured us by staying online with us in our descent.

They had even sent a rescue team up to find us even though we made it back to the correct hiking path.

When we finally came down, both Mr Vu and big boss of Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh were already downstairs waiting for us. They were genuinely concerned with our well being and it was nice seeing them at the bottom of the mountain.

The big boss is also very selfless as he offered his own ride to send us back to the hotel first while he waited for the 2nd car back. Transport back was also covered by him.

It was very heart warming to know that Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh had went beyond and above just to provide us with the help we needed. This is simply the best hotel ever. Thank you Melia...

I'd like to start of by saying VinPearl Hotel from the service at front desk, interior, food for breaky, snack and dinner is delicious and the pool is absolutely amazing. The bar & bistro area is modern with a beautiful view of the mountain. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Tay Ninh. Hubby and I arrived with another couple and our luggage was collected from when we arrived and we were greeted by a lovely and helpful gentlemen named Dang Minh Hoang, speaks excellent English. He assisted us with the rooms, we initially booked a Business King Mountain Room but Dang Minh Hoang gave us an excellent offer and offered us to get upgraded to the Executive Suite King Room. Prior to that he brought us up to the room to check both rooms which we were happy with the Suite Room as it has a separate living area and 2 toilets. Dang Minh Hoang also offered and organised the Limousine for us to go back to Ho Chi Minh City (worked a better price for us which we appreciate alot) We were also welcomed with a plate of yummy cakes and a refreshing drink. I would highly recommend this hotel 100% and for tourists to kindly ask for assistance from Dang Minh Hoang, he will look after you from the start to the end...

It was my 2nd time at this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone. It was a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious and overall clean. Same for the swimming pool. Gym was a little bit small, but enough for a little work out. The design and everything was really nice. Loved the design. Service workers were very helpful and polite!!

Now to the nitpicking: The water pressure from the cleaner next to the toilet was more like an adventure game where you have to either fight the hard pressure or don't get water at all. I did sweat or splashed water after using it :D The water from the showerhead was leaking, was fixed after 5 min. So really not a big deal. The rooms are quite and nice, but if you got loud neighbors... You unfortunately will hear them. They need a broom for under the bed, I was searching for smth and looked under it. But nothing that can't be easily fix as well. That's about it, with the "bad" things. Location is just awesome. Had a supermarket next door. Closed by was a nice nail salon, other stuffs and delicious vegan food from a lovely...
