Khang Hotel — Hotel in Từ Sơn City

Terrible hotel. The good reviews must be from their friends. We booked a room for 4 adults, when we arrived they weren’t expecting us at all. Then they showed us to a room clearly for 3 adults (one double bed and one single bed). It definitely would not fit 4 adults. They said a double bed is for 3 adults in Vietnam… then we had to pay extra to get 2 rooms instead. The rooms smelt of cigarettes as there were full ash trays in there. The WiFi didn’t work and there was no phone signal. The mattress was rock hard. And there was so much noise. The bell in the lobby went off constantly all morning from 6am onwards.
