We had the lovely pleasure to stay at Green Hills for two nights. I could not recommend more this place to anyone. Michael is the best of hosts, he made us feel like home since our arrival. Took extremely good care of us, got our luggage rack fixed and made sure, all the time, that we were fine.
The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. We slept in the double room with private bathroom and had great sleep both nights.
Michael recommended us places close by to go visit and have dinner, and all of them were great.
If you are still not convinced to stay, there are to gorgeous dogs living in this house. Kindest, loveliest and sweetest dogs! They will for sure make you wish to stay longer!

A small accommodation on the road between Hanoi and the Laos border crossing. The rooms are clean and functional furnitured. There is air conditioning, fan, hot water and a huge bed. All rooms have mountain views. The prices for the overnight stay in the rooms are favourable and reasonable.
There are some interesting sights nearby, such as the Cam Luong Fish Stream and its cave. The operators of the homestay are helpful in organizing excursions.
Otherwise, the British-Vietnamese couple who run the homestay are always very friendly and helpful. On the ground floor there is a small restaurant where the Vietnamese hostess prepares delicious dinner and breakfast.

I'm so glad we found this place, the hospitality that we received was tremendous. We received breakfast and dinner on request (as there weren't any decent food options in the area) so Michael and his wife had no problem supplying some options to keep our energy levels up while also providing some great recommendations in the area.
An amazing amount of kindness was shown & The room was perfect. Michael also helped us to get our bikes serviced in the morning before we departed with a trusted mechanic.
