All the stars. I write this review for my husband who is staying there and myself in the US who is incredibly impressed with the hotel’s ability to pull off a birthday surprise!

Initially, I was worried by the photos online. Too many AI looking photos. Oh was I wrong— the place is just so new, it’s pristine. (From Matt who’s there). The continental breakfast was beautiful and tasty. He’s there for work so a great room and an amazing breakfast makes his review all the stars!

Now for mine. He’s halfway around the world on his bday. Figured I’d order room service and hope for the best. Not only did the hotel promptly email me back, but they had a much better plan (a birthday cake too!) and executed it flawlessly! He was heading down to the continental breakfast, they recognized him, and got him back to his room with a cute story for the birthday surprise. He was DEFINITELY surprised! So much effort. We both frequently travel internationally for work and can say that this is a top-tier level of service that we usually don’t even see from top-tier US hotels.

Needless to say, HIIVE is putting in the extra effort to bring comfort and experience to guests. Matt looks forward to his future...

My stay at this hotel really exceeded expectations. From the first moment I entered, I felt the elegance and friendliness.
