La Casa Hotel Tuy Hoa — Hotel in Tuy Hòa City

Ăn sáng bao gồm trong tiền phòng nhưng không ăn ở trong khách sạn mà ở tại 1 quán cafe công cộng ở gần đó! 2 em bé nhà mình (6 tuổi) không bao gồm ăn sáng nên buổi tối lễ tân báo 100k/bé ăn sáng. Sáng hôm sau các bé không muốn ăn nên mình báo thôi các bé ăn bánh uống sữa rồi không ăn nữa. Nhưng lễ tân vẫn ép trả tiền lý do không muốn sửa giá trên hệ thống và đã in vé ăn sáng.

Mình báo em bé làm vỡ hũ dầu tắm nhỏ trong phòng giá bao nhiêu để đền. Mình biết hũ này giá cao nhất là 100k/hũ vì mình đã từng mua. Khách sạn La casa tính 200k/hũ (lợi nhuận thêm 100k) mình nghĩ ko nên kiếm tiền trên đồ khách ko may làm đổ vỡ. Có rất nhiều khách sạn thậm chí họ còn chia sẻ 50/50 phí rủi ro này với khách vì đó chỉ là vô tình không may. Chủ khách sạn và quản lý nên học lại cách xử lý tình huống như trên nếu muốn dịch vụ khách sạn tốt hơn!

Breakfast is not inside the hotel, it is in a coffee shop 30m away from hotel, it is ok but that is not a real breakfast restaurant, it is a public cafe restaurant. My 2 kids (6 years old) didnot want to have breakfast (100,000vnd/kid) but receptionist insisted us to pay as they dinot want to adjust in system. So we still had to pay. These are extra costs, not including in room charge, as it is extra cost and when guests do not want to eat then should not be charged. The owner/manager should be trained to how to handle these situations.

Hotel makes business based on broken bath gel ceramic jar. By incident my kid made the bath gel jar fell into broken, hotel charged double of the cost it should be (200,000vnd), it...

A lady works there speaking in English she was so nice and helpful because of her I would like introduce this Hotel to my friends but someone was take my small hand-fan. It is unusual piece. J’ai pris cette hôtel par rapport à sa localisation proche des commodités, la chambre est assez petite même si nous avons pris une double , la salle de bain est assez petite pour une famille et mal agencé… ( pas de prise dans la salle de bain pour sèche cheveux)

L’armoire n’est pas non plus assez grande pour mettre nos vêtements et il n’y a pas de bureau à part le poudrier qui est très étroit … Enfin la télé est vieillotte sans connexion à internet.

Pour le reste le petit déjeuner est bon, servie dans le restaurant à côté pour plus de commodités. Le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant,
