Nha Minh homestay Phu Yen||- Located about 3 km west of Tuy Hoa city center, Phu Yen province, homestay is located in a secluded and separate area, in front of the homestay is a very large rice field.||- When we arrived, the host was going out, so we had to wait a few minutes for her to return to open the door. The house is decorated with many motifs and colors, youthful and dynamic.||- The room we booked seemed to be small for a family of 3, so we decided to upgrade the room. The new room has a very spacious space (can fit 4 people).||- The hostess is very friendly and enthusiastic in advising services and supporting necessary information, the services are very helpful and valuable for us: renting a motorbike, renting a car to take tours , book a bus ticket to Da Lat ...||- The most dissatisfied thing is the room's air conditioner is really inefficient. The room was not insulated, it was sunny at noon. The room is very hot, and the air conditioner is too small, requiring at least 1-1.5 hours to cool the room and over 2 hours to cool.||- We rented 2 motorbikes but one didn't work well, after we presented the problem. She agreed to...

They made us really feel like home - invited to share food together, share time with their friends and celebrate holidays!
The house is very nicely decorated, amd Tu does everythimg by himself. He has a talent for it:) There are lots of plants around the house. There are balconies watching east and a nice yard watching west, so you can enjoy staying at the shade outisde any time of the day. The motorcycle rental is available.
In the rooms there are airconditioners. The kitchen is available to cook any time. There is a water filter for drinking water, necer had any problems with our stomachs, safe to drink.
We loved this place, and hope you will enjoy it as well! Esoecially if you are a slow kind of...

They have free drinking water and free laundry service. It is a little bit outside the city so you would need a motorbike to get anywhere. There is a small market just a 5 minutes walk from there. Beds and room are very clean. The bathroom is shared with 3 other rooms. Excellent kitchen with all utensils you would need. This is a bargain for only 180k/night! Came as a strange but left with...
