Basically, this is one of the better hotels in Viet Tri. However, they do not understand the meaning of hospitality and guest satisfaction. First of all, they only provide two small pillows in a VIP king room. Feels not comfortable. Then they did not make up the room after the first night for no reason. Moreover, they give you two small bottles of water, which is not enough knowing that the tap water is not drinkable in Vietnam. Also hard to get extra coffee if you need. No apologize from the staff when telling them. They just say that this is our standard and bla bla bla. To be honest, the standard is pretty low for the money you pay, even in Vietnam. Normally, I say "you get what you pay", but here you pay and get very little. But they called 12:00pm sharp to tell us to check out. My recommendation is to choose another hotel when going to Viet Tri. Not worth the money.

I know well it wasn't but since they said the local police asked for so I had no choice.||A few hours later, she called me back saying that the regulation did not require the original one but just the personal info of the guest. And maybe the receptionist was in rush so he didn't have time to make a copy. And I replied I told her the whole story so well that I already explained to him what was the right way and argued with him in a soft way. She then changed to say that MT has 52 hotels so they couldn't train all well and I should empathize for them.||This isn't the 1st time this issue happening in a hotel...
