FASY HOTEL — Hotel in Vinh Yen

Đó thực sự là một trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất Phía khách sạn để thu hút khách tối đa, mặc dù không có phòng và là đặt phòng đầy đủ, nhưng trên nhiều ứng dụng đặt phòng khách sạn vẫn có phòng. Tôi đã không thể biết được sự thật đó và, tôi đã nhận được thông báo rằng vì đến khách sạn rồi định check in nhưng không có phòng nên phải đi nơi khác. Họ nói rằng không có ý gì về việc làm mất thời gian của tôi nhưng vì đã không nhận phòng nên đã xử lý NO-show và cũng không thể hoàn lại tiền cho tôi. Nếu không có phòng có thể sử dụng nhưng nhận thanh toán và nói rằng không thể hoàn lại tiền thì đây không phải là lừa đảo rõ ràng và là cái gì?

It was truly the worst experience. On the hotel side to attract maximum guests, even though there were no rooms and it was a full reservation, on many hotel booking apps there were still rooms available. I was not able to know that truth and, I received a notice that because I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in but there was no room, I had to go somewhere else. They said they didn't mean to waste my time, but because I didn't check in, they processed a NO-show and couldn't refund me. If there are no usable rooms but take payment and say refunds are not possible then this is not an obvious scam and what is?

Very good hotel, warmly staff, room s are clean and new, reasonable price. The hotel is very quiet and near by to the restaurants. I forgot my stuff and the Hotel have sent it back to my home. I will stay here again at next time I come...
