Very helpful, kind receptionist and housekeeping all services very fast and compromise. Some of receptionist can speak standard English and some receptionist can speak Chinese mandarin very well. The reception gives us another key card without need to money deposit on it. I need to clean up the floor that mess from ours golf games and I just call reception come to clean up in 5 minutes also change the bed sheets for us even they done it in the afternoon already. Also many multiple plastic bag by my request. The restaurant also very delicious sometimes I just go sit there without ordering food they will still serve us still water. I’m from Portugal and this place is so beautiful and cozy I feel relaxed and happy. The rooms well clean and comfortable, have wonderful bath and shower equipment to make you feel well, the beds so good and all view from balcony is beautiful even normal. The food is so delicious here and even the breakfast so well cared with good quality food. All staff so attentive and helpful, friendly. I was in business trip and needed an hotel in the region. I found Phu Thang hotel and booked it for 2 nights. I wasn't expecting much for an hotel here, just the basic service and comfort. I must say it was quite a surprise to discover the hotel. It is much more beautiful and luxurious that t I was expecting. Bedrooms are large, comfortable and fully equipped.
