Highly not recommended for couple or individuals who want to have healing retreat with the nature.

The price we paid is for a resort but the service is not even close to a homestay. The hotel has its own resources but the owner doesn’t seem to want to invest more and take care of it at all. First impression was about the Ads, they showed us about the list of options for the transportation and prices, very professional, but when we asked about the cheapest option (140k/pax) in a shared bus, they sent us a biz card of a local bus company and we had to book ourselves. They only offered a private car like 1.3 mils/way/2pax from Saigon.

Receptionists or sales were very helpful at first, but slowly I reaslised they only contacted us when they needed something, or when we booked paid services. FnB staff had some bad attitudes and didn’t seem happy when they had to serve us. Food is very pricey but we had no choice as the resort was isolated from the rest; around 500k vnd per meal for 2 with only 2 dishes, no drinks yet. 1st night was peaceful. We are not picky about the room facilities so Dome 7 with the river and mountain view which was really nice except without the AC, it smelled quite bad from the plastic. Bedding was also a bit moldy. I ordered salted fish fried rice for dinner but it came only fried rice with eggs. I feedback to receptionist to check with FnB staff but no response. 2nd night was a disaster. I knew there was a big group coming so I checked with a staff about noise policy here and he said no Karaoke or loud music after 10PM. We were waken up at 11:30PM by the karaoke, called staff but no help; 1AM the music was down but loud cheering from the drinking; 2:30AM drunk people talked loudly & screamed outside our Dome. Due to the design of the pool bar, right in the middle of the resort up on the hill and surrounded by mountains, you can imagine all the noise from there was echoed everywhere and especially in the quietness of the nature. Facilities of this place is a different interesting story. Lunch is in the main restaurant next to the reception, dinner is in the pool bar, breakfast is in the main one again. It was not a problem except when we came for dinner and the pool bar is just dark and nothing happened. We found a staff there and he called a restaurant staff for us. Since the place was just not maintained well, we requested to bring our dinner to the room. Swimming pool is one of the signature of this place but in really bad condition. The water looked very dirty; lots of litter; one of the pool was just empty with branches and leaves and filled up with water the 2nd day of our stay because there was a group event. I don’t think they kept the hygiene of the pool. There were a bar and some terraces next to the river which aren’t not maintained for a long time. Literally the only facility that we kinda enjoyed was our room.

Even after the discount, the price is still high compared to others which are even closer to the national park; we had to rely on taxi and paid 300k/2 ways for a trip the park. I wouldn’t complain about the price if the service matched. I hope the owner will care more about this beautiful place, maybe close and renovate the property plus provide some training to the staff for better attitudes; otherwise, it’s...

I stayed at this place with my friends for 2 nights. We booked a double king room for the first night, which was nice. It’s in a great location but the breakfast wasn’t that great which is a shame. Furthermore, on the second night, we decided to book a dome as many people recommended it. The 2-bed dome was sold out, so we had to settle for a 1-bed dome with an extra mattress for $117, which is 3,000,000 VND. Unfortunately, it rained heavily that day, causing the river water level to rise. As a result, the staff had to move us to a twin room, which was priced at $54, equivalent to 1,400,000 VND. It seemed that they didn't have any other option. When we inquired about the significant price difference, the two Vietnamese receptionists mentioned that it wasn't their fault and that it wasn't their problem. We didn't ask for a refund, but we did request drop service to the Madagui market instead. Initially, they agreed, but later they changed their minds and informed us that they wouldn't provide the service, urging us to take care of it on our own. They mentioned free bicycles as an alternative, but none of them were in proper condition. This turned out to be the worst experience for us. This place might be suitable for Instagram pictures, but if you're seeking a good service and the true Cat Tien experience, I suggest opting for a homestay instead of spending 3,000,000 at...

We had booked two rooms for our holiday (2850000 VND/ 1 night) , with a check-in time of 2 PM. However, upon our early arrival, the receptionist informed us to call back once the rooms were ready. When we returned to the resort at 8 PM after enjoying the forest, we were disappointed to find that no assistance was provided for our luggage upon arrival. Despite the rain, the staff member only escorted us to the front of the villa and did not accompany us for check-in.

Moreover, upon checking into our room, we were dismayed to discover that it had not yet been cleaned. We immediately contacted reception numerous times for assistance, but after a ten-minute wait with no response, we attempted to call again only to be met with refusal. Finally, after a 25-minute wait, we were moved to another room, which was unfortunately infested with bees from the air conditioning.

At checkout, we were presented with a bill for the restaurant, which we had not used. Although the manager apologized and offered a 50% discount, we cannot overlook the numerous issues we faced and will not be returning to...
