Ninh Thuan Retreat — Hotel in Xã Phong Phú

A couple things you should know before staying here. They allow guests to bring portable kareoke speakers and sing concert volume from 6 or 7am to 10pm. "Sea View" means "Garden View with a sliver of ocean". The actual rooms are good value here for the price we paid. Very large and nice inside. But if this wasn't on the beach it would be a ghost town. Service is pretty much non existant. No manager on duty. Pool looks abandoned and dirty. Stayed here as a couple for one night on 31/01/2020 whilst on a bicycle tour. Got a clean spacious but basic twin room for 300,000. The hotel had seen better days. The owner's daughter lived overseas for a while ans speaks very good English. After we checked in the downstairs area was converted into a function space and it was quite noisy with lots of loud and very mediocre singing. Luckily the function only lasted until 9:00pm. There are not that many options in town and this one was fine...

We loved this place. We arrived as the coronavirus pandemic was becoming a problem and they graciously excepted us with open arms and fed us a wonderful breakfast. The room is very nice. The grounds are lovely with lots of green grass, a tennis court, and a nice pool. This is a great place for kids.
