Emerald Lodge — Hotel in Copperbelt Province

I am giving it 2 stars simply because I have not spent a night there so I have not seen the room. I love the outdoors surrounding, it has enough shade and a clean surrounding. The customer service is also good, not very good but still good.

I would like to encourage the staff to clean the poor and garden chairs frequently. The greasy garden chairs and green pool were a big turn off. Please...

Originally, we went to Lumpongo lodge and left cause the price was 450 kwatcha for no electricity, no water, no mosquitoes net .... this place has its own generator but yet again no water nor mosquitoes net (they said they have them but they put them to washing) ... price was 500 and they lowered it to 450.... breakfast included .... for those wondering the pool seemed to...
