Nice and pleasant stay whilst I was working in the local area. I’d say its only good hotel complex within Chililabombwe worth staying at where you will get a comfortable clean and safe room. Some minor points about the room which I didn’t take any pictures of! No mirror which I had to request. Bathroom had a shower over the very deep bath but no shower curtain which meant either you flood the room or just opt for a bath!! Bed was massive and pretty comfortable along with a good AC unit but large gap under the door so to avoid mosquitoes, I placed two pillows below the door to stop them coming. Staff are very friendly and helpful 👍🏼 Food is basic for evening meal. Breakfast can run a little late starting but there is always a cold option of cereals if you are running late. It has lovely views from the bar area at the top of the complex but sadly I never saw it with the sun shining! Recommend it if you are looking for somewhere to stay nearly the DR Congo border or working in...

There's not many other places in the area to choose from but the accommodation is clean and comfortable. There are a few items to note: Rooms are set high up from the car park, and it is strenuous getting there with luggage The bathroom has a shower tub but does not have a curtain or door. It is quite frustrating to shower as the bathroom floods with water, even reaching the room No mirror in the bathroom making shaving a difficult task A few creepy crawlies around, but that's the town in general. No Wifi or does not connect. Requested staff to assist with this, but none received. Overall, the place is still recommended...

The lodge is tucked away off the main road through Chililabombwe but generally easily accessible for all vehicles. It's on a hill with the rooms on the upper reaches so can be tiring for those not used to walking up and down regularly. The rooms are spacious with a big bed, fridge, TV, A/C unit and kettle. However, the ongoing electricity problems means that most electrical appliances are useless much of the time. They have a generator that runs their reception but not the rooms. Food and service was quite good. Would stay...
