Its Sad i went to this place without reading the reviews . They havent reacted to the criticism all these years. Checked out of the place yesterday 19 June 2024 Look we put such details not to smear u guys but to urge u to do something. . This was the only free place i could book online from the airport.. pictures looked decent and the price was decent but oh no.. Boarding school or relief aid blankets.. guys this is 2024. . Torn old linen. You know you sleeping in a barn when u wake up feeling itchy. Not cool guys. We know u provide reasonable prices but no need to make the guest suffer.. Mosi-o-Tunya is a stone throw away and is way way way WAY better with A/C for K100 more. But yeah.. hope yall do...

The lodge is located in a quite environment,just need to improve on certain things like customer service is not good,works act like they own the place and are so rude without manners,the food is expensive compared to its tasting..I only liked one chef who used to serve us breakfast that man is so...

Not very executive as insinuated. Based on the location and clientele this place has a lot of space for improvement. The prices are not justified by the quality offered in relation to other lodges within the same locale. The bar is good and makes a good hide out though with limited but secure car...
