Kupark Lodge — Hotel in Lusaka Province

This could be a perfect hotel experience but poor management has limited the Lodges potential. The staff is excellent andnare all very friendly and accommodateing. However they are limited by managements willingness to correct and fund deficiencies. During my 5+ week stay, water was oavailly occasionally in my room. Hot water was nit an option. The electric power is controlled by the government, do thetebis no blame on tge Lodge management, however, maintaining water accessibility to each room is a mandatory expectation. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone unless you expect to "rough camp" without water . The lidges kitchen provides wonderful meals. Chef Samson is a first Chef and consistently provided...

Though i stayed here twice before, and the service was not up to standard -no cup, water glass in room. Even tv just one channel. No Wi-Fi, also the little boys who were on duty on night of 27 November were abusive to us. The receptionist was so pleasant and apologetic. Rooms are not as clean, no internet, hot water is a problem,the tap in my room could not close and nothing was done about it. Tv & aircon remotes are not provided instead u need to walk to the reception and ask the staff present to adjust the aircon temp(hectic) in your room & telephone(s) barely work......However, this place has potential...
