On several occasions I have lived at Asenga Lodge in Livingstone. I have always enjoyed my time and some staff have been helpful. On this occasion I am very disappointed I booked and was told my booking is no longer available which I have no problem with that is fine. Neither did I demand anything, I just asked for advise for my 50% deposit which I already sent. Understandably, the money was sent to a number which they lost the pin for. Read moreI made a booking a day prior to my arrival, called the day of my travel to confirm my coming. I arrived at the lodge in the night and they had no record of my booking, by shear lucky there was one room left which I took but had issues; no hot water, tv was not working and door could not lock properly from outside.
