Fallsview Apartments And Real Estate — Hotel in Southern Province

I landed in Livingstone with a friend looking for a bit of an adventure plus some bit of comfort...I had an idea of the kind of place I wanted from trip advisor but had not choosen between three places so i decided to check out a few places. ||||Four places later (2 were full while 2 we not too good),I asked a very patient cab driver to take me to Fallsview, which is quite near the airport so we kinda like went back (probably to the chagrin of the cab guy though he didnt say). My first thought as we took a dirt road to the apartment was like no way we have to look again as it seemed a bit off the town but as we entered the gate, we were welcomed by four cozy apartapartmentsments set in a well landscaped compound.||||We were welcomed at the reception and shown around. Fallsview is a three bedroom apartment, self catering, two twin rooms and one double room. The livingroom is well decorated, has a small bar at the corner, kitchen is fully equiped, its got hot shower, cable, tv is all rooms and very clean. WiFi access was provided and the staff was very helpfull to us.||||There is a small pool in the compound shared by the two apartments, but it was too tiny for a swim..||||We were allowed by our gracious hosts to check out an hour late as our cab guy got a bit late....only thing is that no one was at the reception as we left so we felt a tad neglected as we were not able to give our feedback.||||Overall, this is a very good place to stay particularly if traveling as a family or as a group...its not too near town. A cab to the falls is about 50 kwacha or 20 usd or thereabouts so its not bad. Would definitely...

These apartments are very nice and well maintained. You would be mistaken to think that you are staying at a classy hotel.They have three separate bedrooms sleeping six people altogether and ideal for groups or families.Only downside is they are a bit far from the town centre and so you would ideally need to come with your own vehicle to move about or else be prepared to spend more on cabs.Also the gravel road that leads to the apartments from the main tar road needs a bit of attention and grading.As we were there we noticed very very miniscule issues that will require the owners attention such as the some of the floor tiles from the passageway starting to come unstuck.The toilet seat in the master bathroom was also loose as was the flush mechanism. And I think it would be wise for them to have another geyser installed as one geyser for the six of us was...

A "Home Away from Home" we experienced our stay as like a comfortable, well-furnished home. We appreciate the spacious, fully-equipped apartments with separate bedrooms and a kitchen, which was ideal for our family . As about the Safety and Security: The place was perfect for being located in a quiet, safe area with good security measures that gave us peace of mind. Not forgetting the service: The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thanks a lot for the accommodation I would rate it 5 star. And would advise visitors not to miss it here.
