⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The most incredible hotel in Victoria Falls!
We stayed at Anantara Stanley & Livingstone during our honeymoon, and it was absolute perfection from start to finish. We were originally booked at Ursula’s Homestead but were upgraded to the main hotel — and wow, what a dream! Everything was 10/10.
The staff were exceptional, genuinely kind, and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. The room was luxurious — spotless, beautifully designed, with an enormous, extra-king bed and stunning views over the private reserve from our balcony. We even spotted wildlife while enjoying our morning coffee!
Breakfast was another highlight — delicious and beautifully presented (I highly recommend the omelette!). The location was perfect too — close enough to town to explore, yet peacefully tucked away in a private reserve, offering the tranquility Anantara hotels are known for.
Every detail reflected the brand’s signature warmth and elegance. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon stay — truly unforgettable and easily the best hotel in Victoria Falls.

Read moreWell appointed boutique hotel not far from the town and falls. A beautiful refuge with lovely views and gardens. I loved the veranda and views from our room. The rooms are super spacious. The service very good. Breakfast included is very good and the seating and views magnificent. Relative to other More properties, we found this one to have high standards and amenities, but not quite as high or as personable as the others. The bathroom floors need a good scrubbing. The bath mat was brown with soil after getting wet on the floor. Bring shower shoes. Had it not been for these things, this hotel is a definite 5.
We were surprised the pricing of food and drink at the hotel and the area in general, to be as high as it is. I don’t know how this is justified given the challenged economy, except that of course the Falls are an international draw. Transactions are in U.S. dollars, but U.S. is not Zimbabwe’s currency; this was a first for us. So bring plenty of cash and/or find out whether ATMs offer U.S.currency.
All things considered, we had a lovely experience, and I recommend this hotel.
