Четвёртая по длина река в Африке. В реке также есть известный водопады Попа. Что ещё интереснее про реку Окаванго. Оно не попадает ни озеро ни в море. Разветвялясь река в пустынии Калахари испаряется и образуется болота, это часть называется Дельта реки Окаванго.
