Entertainment Emporium - Kids Parties — Local services in Aldgate

The ladies were lovely and amazing and the kids loved it. All the guests said the party was a hit. The only thing I would have changed was that after about an hour or so the kids got quite bored while the face painting commenced and started to run around the venue. With three entertainers it would have been good to have one keep them grouped together and entertained with more dancing and activities. This was our first experience with entertainers at a party, however with the cost being up there at over $600 for 2 and a half hours and the 2 or 3 staff, that would have been good to see. Also with the music i felt like it could have been turned up and left on to keep the kids together and entertained, I suggested to turn the music on for them after noticing the kids getting crazy and bored. Other than that, the dress ups were really cool and the games at the beginning kept the kids really intrigued and they really enjoyed the magic tricks, balloon animals etc. At the end they made sure to have pictures with the kids and were really helpful with the cake cutting.

It has been 2.5 weeks since my son’s party and I have had absolutely no communication after my 2 emails and 1 phone call where someone ensured I would be contacted. I have now been ghosted.

I hired 2x entertainers for 2 hours ($660) with promise in email of face painting, balloon twisting, and entertainment. On the day they started 30 minute late, had no control of the children, and wearing a costume that didn’t fit. To top it off, I asked if we could get started in balloon twisting which was the whole thing my son wanted, to be met with a blank face saying they didn’t know they were meant to bring balloons. The lady was stressed with the number of children (20) to face paint but I intentionally booked 2 entertainers as mentioned on their website for 20+ children. I was expecting one entertainer to entertain the children while lining up, instead I had 20 restless children lining up with 1 “entertainer” not knowing what to do.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the amazing Pikachu character Emily for my son's 10th birthday party. Emily did an outstanding job and truly made the event unforgettable. From the moment Pikachu arrived, the excitement among the children was palpable. It was clear that she put a lot of effort into making sure every child felt included and entertained.

The kids couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had with Pikachu long after the party ended. It's safe to say that this will be a birthday my son and his friends will remember for years to come.
