Natural History Museum — Local services in Armidale

If you are even vaguely interested in animals you’ll enjoy the animal displays at the museum. We had a group consisting of a 5yr up to a 70yr old and we all loved it!

I was expecting more of a traditional museum but it was just a large display of animals, insects, skeletons and fossils. Which was awesome to see up close!

We struggled to find a car park close by, eventually finding one in a 30 minute zone; which turned out to be fine as after that amount of time we were happy to head back to the car.

We had just arrived into Armidale and wanted something to do at 4pm with the kids. It's school holidays and we are travelling camping around northern NSW. I saw this online and decided to pop in with the kids and my husband. Glad we did - it was pretty cool! Not huge but still lots to see.
