Wow! Where do I even begin? The Great Ocean Road is truly one of the most breathtakingly beautiful places I've ever seen. The sheer power of the ocean crashing against the rugged cliffs, the unique rock formations, and the abundant wildlife – it was simply awe-inspiring.
I took a tour with Go West Tours and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating stories and insights about the history, geology, and ecology of the region. The stops were perfectly timed, allowing us ample time to soak in the views and take photos.
Highlights included:
The Twelve Apostles: I opted for a thrilling helicopter ride over the Apostles, and it was an experience I'll never forget. The aerial perspective provided a truly unique and unforgettable view of these iconic rock formations. Loch Ard Gorge: A poignant reminder of the area's history, with stunning views of the gorge and the shipwreck. The beauty of the road itself: Driving along the Great Ocean Road is an experience in itself. The winding coastal road, with its dramatic cliffs and breathtaking views, is a masterpiece of engineering. Passing through the Great Otway National Park: The lush rainforest, cascading waterfalls, and diverse wildlife within the national park added another dimension to the journey. While we didn't spot any seals during our tour, the sheer beauty of the landscape more than made up for it.
Go West Tours provided a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the small group size ensured a more personalized experience.
I highly recommend the Great Ocean Road and Go West Tours to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure. It's a truly unforgettable experience!

As the premier southern touring route in the country, most people take between 2-4 days to complete the coastal drive. In doing so they enjoy plenty of iconic Great Ocean Road experiences such as waterfall chasing, wild koala & kangaroo spotting, relaxing on beaches and dining out in cute...
