Weemilah Farm — Local services in Bedfordale

Bad customer service, very rude, bad manner and full of ego.

I called the contact number at 9:01 on Saturday and enquired if the business was open to the public. A man answered the phone, and I asked him if they were open to the public. He said no and hung up while I asked him another question. (being rude). So, I left my review. I am entitled to my review and how I feel about it.

About half an hour later, the guy called me, angry that I had woken him up from his sleep. He accused me of asking him why he was not open to the public. Again, I tried to explain that I was not demanding anything. I was inquiring about possibly buying directly from them (supporting local businesses). He then started using profanity, swearing, and abusive language. He used inappropriate language while I was driving with my kids in the car.

Amazingly, after checking my email, I noticed that he had replied nicely to my review after calling and swore at me!

This all happened because I intended to drive from Freo to his farm to buy some products to support his business.

It would help if this guy thought twice before abusing his customers; he should ask himself what this person's intention is.

What kind of a business owner abuses their customer? Call them and use inappropriate language because they want to support his business. Shame on you. That is it, I, my family and friends will not buy your produce.. so much for supporting local businesses. Your passion is not what you claim; your rudeness and bad behavior tells...
