KC Convenience — Local services in Bohle Plains

The quality of customer service is unforgettably revolting for the ladies working today and had been over the last few weeks as we have moved into the area were we go every 2 days were there are a couple of nice staff but there is one lady that had served me several times in the last month that has served me under cooked chips everytime I have got them been ride trying to discuss customer's who have entered there shop talking disgraceful about then and myself to other co workers and has made me very uncomfortable everytime I have been there to purchase takeaways food or groceries, it would be nice to have these issues rectified as well as that perticular staff member reminded of the customer service skills and standards required to pursue her employment there pies are the only thing I'd recommend as such there great but having dish and chips as well as chips cheese and gravy cooked properly and when asking for crispy chips at least getting...

Firstly phone service is putrid, you speak to people like you want to be hated or that you hate your job.

Secondly you clearly dont know your own job role, when you are asked about your menu you mis inform your customers and then get uppidy like we messed up when it was you.

Thirdly you cant write an order down correctly short of me writing it myself and having some one read it to you in sign language just to cover all bases.

Fourth when you still make all these mistakes you abuse your customers like its our fault you bought what was once a great take away shop.

Fifth your fish was dry and chewy, for something that is crumbed to protect it from drying out and then fried in hot oil specifically to stop it from ruining.

But you managed, still.

This little fish & chips shop is a great spot in our district. It’s not just your regular takeaway — along with fresh fish & chips and all the fast-food classics, it also doubles as a handy convenience store. I really like that I can grab dinner and pick up a few essentials at the same time.

The food is tasty, portions are generous, and the service is friendly. The shop itself is small, but it has everything you need without feeling cramped. Prices are fair, making it a reliable choice when you don’t want to cook.

I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars — not perfect, but definitely a solid local favourite and one I’m glad we have...
