One of the highlight experiences of our family trip to Perth this year. A good 90 minutes of riding very unique electric ATVs through the gorgeous Boranup forest, with a couple of stops to catch a view of the coast from a hilltop and a short walk to the entrance of a cave. The pace was leisurely since the ATVs didn’t go as fast as the petrol ones, so this isn’t quite the same experience as the adventurous sort, and it was safe enough and fun enough for my wife and I with a kid (6 and 8) riding pillion each. Our guide Digby did a great job shepherding everyone along and giving entertaining commentary. I’d recommend this to those who’d like a more relaxed and extended ATV experience, particularly if you have children in tow (their minimum age is 4 I think, but older kids will better tolerate the bumps). Some off-road experience helps, but even total newbies should do well if they’re confident enough. Expect dust, so come equipped with masks (we wore N95 respirators). Bring adequate water, and wearing long sleeves and trousers helps with comfort. There’s only one toilet break early on, and it’s an outhouse on a hill, so if you’re the sort than can find relief in the bushes, you’ll be happier.

One of our memorable trips and Digby was cherry on the cake. What a great guide! However, I’m extremely upset with the eco adventure team (Lee). One of the riders crashed his bike, Digby had ridden off ahead and the team misunderstood that we crashed the bike and reached out to us to pay for the damages. While I understand misunderstandings can happen but to resort to racial comments like ‘ I don’t want to have ill feelings towards your nation of travellers’ was unnecessary and uncalled for. Please do not resort to such comments. We genuinely missed calls since my phone was on silent (we are on a holiday) and didn’t recognise the number so didn’t think much of it. Infact my husband’s bike had some major issues with the brakes and ignition but we managed to pull through the entire activity (all of 90 minutes) without making it a big deal. Such an enjoyable experience dampened with such loose comments. What a shame!

Hard to understand how this tour has so many good reviews. Honestly I feel like I have been scammed. There is no genuine interest in providing a nice experience for the customers. You are forced to drive your quad just behind the previous one, which will make you eat plenty of dust. You can't drive at your own pace or go anywhere else. The places they show (a lookout and a hole In the ground) are irrelevant and easy to get to with a car. The guide is pressuring you all the time to be quick and stay in the line as they have another tour soon. You can't even take some distance from the previous quad, so you can actually wait for the dust to lie down, and actually see the forest around you without being blinded by a cloud of dust. So at the end you don't enjoy the ride, don't enjoy the forest and you don't enjoy the people that are with you. Finally our tour only lasted 72 minutes instead of 90 as we paid for. Definitely not worth. Avoid bringing kids if they have a respiratory conditions. At the end, you only pay to be forced to eat dust, so they can quickly bring you back and take another group. That's honestly what this tour is all about. NOTE ABOUT the ANSWER below: You guys may want to watch that footage again. I was the first one to arrive. We have been all waiting for the group of four people who had lost a key. (that's what you said to us). It wasn't me who we have all been waiting for. I had 1 picture taken for the whole day. Selfies were taken by other. We were two on the quad. One was a children. it takes the time that it takes to put a helmet on a children. Guide wouldn't know cause he wasn't wear it one. Not sure why you would make it up things this way in bad faith and counter blaming. Anyway. I am Australian. Exactly like you. Always enjoyed my stay, You should take negative feedback as a way to improve your business, especially when it raises some relevant points. Moreover, the fact the you have all that high marks, is not necessarily due to a merely performance. That can be affected also by a monopolist position on the market.(just saying) So, that's why you should take feedback professionally. Concluding, about the dust. Any business has health and safety requirements to meet, I happen to be aware of that. In this specific case, it could be significantly improved if you allowed distance between quads, especially for kids and for the people at the end of the queue. Obviously, I understand that doing that would slow your tour and eventually affect your revenue. And you are right, I didn't check your website about the dust because obviously there will be dust. However I do believe that the amount of dust you inhale, is both a concern for health, especially for kids, and not worth the money you pay for this tour. Also considering that, it would just need to kept the quad distanced 30/60 seconds apart to completely change the whole experience. Honestly I am kind of surprised about...

Posting on behalf of a friend, not knocking the experience it was really fun but we had an issue with our booking as it booked it under the wrong date and when we asked to move it to the actual date we wanted to go on as we had booked it with family, we was told that there was nothing they could do and was forced to rebook and spend the money twice to take part in the same experience. Not only that, the phone number for what ever reason on the booking came out as +88 and as an Australia website it is always automatically set to +61. The lady on the phone stated that they tried to get in contact with us but the phone number didn’t go through. It was extremely clear that if the +88 was taken away from the phone number that it was an Australian number starting in +04. It was very disappointing that although the phone number hadn’t gone through there was not effort to try and make communication through the email that had been provided. We was told that there was nothing we could do about rescheduling as on the date that was accidentally booked there was no availability but if you was to get in contact with me and realise that there was a mistake with the date I had booked you wouldn’t of been able to fill that spot anyway. We understand that they was no way to have a refund as it states that but we had tried to reschedule due to an honest mistake and now we’re forced to either miss out or fork out the money again. Sadly I am disappointed with the management system as no sympathy was considered during...
