Disappointing Customer Service at Drakes Parkinson

I visited Drakes at Parkinson this morning and was served by an employee named Jessica. I requested a cash-out during checkout, and after a back-and-forth conversation, I was met with the response, “We are not a bank.” I found this comment both rude and unnecessary, as cash-out is a standard service commonly offered in supermarkets, and I was simply making a straightforward request. By saying that, the issue is not about the ‘cash out’ its more about her comment.

It did not reflect the level of courtesy and professionalism I expect from a reputable store...

My oh my when I say Mr Warme made my day I mean it. Mr Warme was the most excellent, helpful employee ive ever had the pleasure of being served by. peter was on his A-game, not only in the customer service but with his manners and conversation. While helping me locate the condoms, he talked to me about Jewish culture, local Hebrew spots and the different ways they help all different parts of the entertainment industry and governments. He is such an educated young boy and an amazing conversationalist. Will definetly come back to talk to...

I am from the Gold Coast staying with my sister and her husband. I went shopping for them in Drake's Parkinson. Oh my Goodness, loved the store, the variety of products, the prices BUT the staff, each and everyone I have spoken to are the most loveliest, friendliest, most helpful employees I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
