Spirit of Bruny® — Local services in Bruny Island

A team of us went exploring, and while this was a spur-of-the-moment adventure, Mark welcomed us in and treated us to a tasting paddle of his gin and vodka. While I’m not usually one for straight sipping, I could definitely see how these would shine in cocktails. The team loved their samples—so much so that someone even bought some to take home!

This is a simple, no-fuss, cosy spot where the gin does the talking and Mark keeps the laughs coming. Highly recommend stopping by!

What an experience. Good old fashioned hospitality and generosity. Mark was very accomodating when we phoned ahead for a visit. They were closed but he gave us a time to call in, and catered to our party of 9 with such appreciation of our visit and enthusiasm for the amazing spirits they are distilling.
