absolutely life changing.
we sort Tash out in July when our son was 16 months old as she came highly recommended by our homeopath. At first we were skeptical of what she could potentially have to offer us or guide us with sleep that we hadnât already tried. Up to that point we had tried 3 different sleep consultants who all promised gentle methods and guaranteed sleepâŚnothing had worked for our family and we found these sleep training and sleep skills were doing more harm than good. We had countless nights of horrible crying from both myself and my son and days on end of little to no sleep both during the day or nightâŚby the time we found Tash we had pretty much given up all hope of ever having any normal sleep again. When we started with Tash, our son co slept in our bed, breastfed and would wake up hourly on a good night! we had no positive sleep associations and were running on empty pretty much everyday. Tash was able to guide us and assure us from the beginning that we would find a solution. She assessed not only his sleep but his diet, nutrition, breathing, environmental factors, sleep environment, behaviour etc etc. weâve had countless conversations and an in clinic visit to address our oral concerns and she was the biggest advocate for doing things gentling and holistically and allowing us to build our own sleep plan that worked for our child and our family. Never once did she press us to do anything that we felt uncomfortable with and never once did she make us feel as though we werenât doing the absolute best thing for our son, there was never moments of doubt with her. Fast forward to now, our son is 20 months old, and he sleeps through the night! We get maybe one or two nights every couple of weeks where he wakes up once in the night for a little comfort and cuddle which is so biologically normal. Bedtime is a breeze and becoming easier and easierâŚI can confidently say that I see him being able to put himself into his bed, in his room and to sleep by the time he turns 2. Tash has helped us navigate all the âhardâ transitions seamlessly; we no longer breastfeed which we were able to wean together naturally, we no longer co sleep and instead he sleeps in his own room and his own space, weâve even transitioned to a big boy floor bed and no longer in a cot. Tash has helped our family for the better and has been so incredibly kind, helpful and approachable in the whole process. Weâre so grateful for her and we are forever thankful we decided to give it one last crack! Thank you Tash, youâre a lifesaver.
Love two very well rested parents and toddler.

Read moreTash changed our lives and I will forever be in her debt. We had spent thousands of dollars and many, many hours trying to help my child ( speech, ent issues, oral motor planning concerns, poor sleep quality, gut and bowel issues etc). We had been to many individuals who did bits and bibs but Tash was the first person to look at my son as a whole and look closely at everything together. She was extremely thorough and sent us for bloods to check levels, allergy testing, assisted with physical activities to strengthen the muscles in his mouth, to look at his diet and make alterations, to look at eating and drinking vessels and from all of this, the outcome was extraordinary. We found out my son had low iron which affect soooooo much including sleep and behaviours , that he was highly allergic to dust mites and we changed eating and feeding utensils whilst also doing daily exercise to strengthen his mouth muscles. He is a different child now and we owe so many of the findings to Tash. Thankyou for being one of the only people who looked at every facet of my child and helped...
Read moreWe reached out to Tash when our 4 month olds sleep was only getting worse and we felt it was time to make some changes. I was drawn to Tash because of her holistic approach to sleep rather than a âone size fits allâ sleep training approach that many consultants out there adopt. This personally resonated with me as our Bub suffers from reflux. I found Tash to be personable, thoroughly detailed and investigative, and genuinely understanding.
Since following Tashâs plan we have seen huge improvements in our bubs day naps - weâve gone from doing contact naps all day long to a baby that will go down in her cot and often self settles. There is still lots of opportunity for improvement, but we now feel far more equipped to help our Bub along the way. Overall we are glad we sought help from Tash and would recommend her to...
