What a buzz.. easy liftoff, basket is very well padded and roomy, before you know it you're about 400-500 metres up, going 40-60kph looking over the Byron Bay hinterland.. great views from a totally different perspective.. Getting up at 3am, leaving at 4, and being on-site by 5am was a challenge, but it well and truly paid off, and we had such a splendid time. The sunrise and early morning light, and views over Mullumbimby, and out to Mt Warning and Byron Bay were amazing, and the air so still. Thomas and Lui were fantastic.
