This is a beautiful gem of a winery located in the stunning surroundings of Margaret River. So far I have tasted the Rosé, the Cab Sav and the Shiraz. All very enjoyable. I had the pleasure of visiting "The Valley" recently, and I must say, their rose wine is absolutely superb. It's no surprise that it's received numerous well-deserved awards. What's even more impressive is the transformation that's taken place under the new owners, Kate and Rhys.
