Quality Indian Groceries — Local services in Forrestdale

No customer service went there yesterday 9 October 2025 around 5pm . I went to buy some snacks I couldn’t find it asked the boy behind the counter he gave me directions I still couldn’t find asked him if can come and show me please but “he said can’t walk my back hurts all day we pick heavy boxes so my back is hurting “ what a reply. Great range of items & prices are always reasonable compared to other shops. Customer service has always been excellent. I have been buying groceries & kitchen items from them for the past 14 years from their different shops in Perth Metro area - Cannington, Willetton, Maylands and now from Forrestdale after they opened their (Cash & Carry Wholesale) around 2 and a half years ago. I want to share the bad experience I had in this store this weekend. Normally when you purchase for more than $50 or $60 you will be eligible for a free snack item and since we purchased for around $130 we became eligible for that and the lady in the checkout gave us a "Bikano" Gulab Jamun pack which was due to expire in 4 days time and when I asked if I can pickup the snack instead of this she refused point blank.
