I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful Carlo was through one of the hardest times of our lives. He read the room amazing and knew the right things to say at the right time taking all our feelings into consideration at all times. His beautiful compassionate soul shone through and made the meetings and discussions much easier. Even at times joining in with my brothers silly sense of humour but remaining respectful. Just love to say ECO Memorial Park Stapleton is the best. I’ve been here for family three times, and the Customer Service 10/10. Beautiful caring loving humble Staff, and the Property is very warm and welcoming, for each tender heart, we are welcomed with such love and Service. Highly recommend them, Jane Levin who served us at such short notice with warm urgency she had our beloved diseased ashes all ready for us to collect , during early cyclone warnings on Gold Coast. My siblings and I recently had to use the services of this wonderful business after the loss of our Dad. From the moment I rang Jane I knew we had found the right fit for when our Dad needed them. The team were amazing when they had to come out after hours and from there onwards answered all our questions and replied to all of our communication really promptly.
