I am disgusted by the customer service I received here today by a blonde lady staff member. I was headed to a bbq and needed one more chicken thigh- I popped in here to buy one and the lady gave me so much rudeness when I didn’t want to buy anything else. I pulled out my card to pay and she scoffed and repeated the price to me, she then rolled her eyes and repeated “are you NOT getting anything else” I then responded with asking her not to worry about it and turned to walk out the front door, she yelled at me as I left. This has left me feeling disgusted that those working in this butcher feel that it’s okay be so rude to customers. Awesome meat and amazing, very friendly and professional service everytime. Hands down the best butcher I have ever been to. Great value, especially with the loyalty cards. We’re so incredibly lucky to have you guys up the road. Your meat displays always look so enticing. Only problem is if I go in for a few things I end up coming out with 10kilos of meat ha ha!!
