Getting invited to events is a great perk in my Industry. We all love a good networking banter and a possible goody bag. The minute I hear the awesome fun team from the mobile bar called Trolley'd are on the cocktails, those heels go on rain, hail and sunshine. What I love about Trolley'd is their cocktails are super interesting and beautifully presented, and focus on the flavours with our very own Australian foraged ingredients. my favourite would have to be the Tasmanian blue gum daiquiri with finger lime infused rum. They create an air of excitement dressed as pilots and hostesses. Good time to be had. Ive always wanted to be a trolly dolly, do you reckon they'd hire me.. :) Katrina Raftery...

I wish I took more photos but was just having fun, however a friend commented that every cocktail was beautifully made and presented. Thanks team you...

They were also quick to refill glasses of sparkling without any prompting. The uniforms added some fun to our event too! As an add on to the service, a drink menu sign could be useful so guests know whatâs on offer ! While we did tell guests there were local wines, there was probably a lot more detail behind the brands or products on offer that could be made more visible. I would be interested in trying the cocktail service next time at another...
