Our stay at Jane and Tony Bissett’s Hinton Bay Retreat and participation in Jane’s Cooking Class were perfectly sublime experiences. We had a wonderful experience at Hinton Bay Vineyard, wrapping up our Tamar Valley Wine Tour with a visit that felt like the perfect finale to an unforgettable day.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, guiding us through a curated tasting of some of the finest wines we tried in the region—all while taking in the breathtaking views from their stunning estate overlooking the valley.

What made the visit truly memorable were the stories—hearing firsthand about the journey of taking over the vineyard, nurturing their first harvest, and eventually bottling their own wine added so much heart and depth to the experience.
