Where to start... 🤤 Droolworthy superb quality meats of all varieties 🙌🏻 Such an unassuming Butcher from the outside, but when you step in, You are greeted with the most fantastic customer service, full of actual knowledge of their product, where they ethically sourced it from, every cut and above 5star experience in how they prepare and deliver the meat. Peter is an incredible owner of his family owned bussines and we are sure he makes the generations before him proud ✨️ the True Australian butcher does still exist, and its here. Even worth an extra trip passing many others, and the big supermarkets to get to it. Greatly priced for the family, and Oh my Goodness the best Steak, Chicken, Bacon,Kabana, pork belly etc that we have ever eaten, oh and the real milk without the crap is so damn good. Been meaning to come here so many times and after going today we are already committed. I come from small country backgrounds where good food is fresh food and customer service matters. I grew up on fresh meat from the family farm and find good quality meats that live up to the standards I grew up with is hard to come by. Getting home and having an even closer look at the food has impressed me even more. Stepping into this place made me feel like I was back home. The 'local' feel was amazing and the knowledge of his products was impressive. My partner is so excited to find a good butcher who is passionate about his trade and has a great range of things for him to try. After years of driving past we finally made the effort to stop dispite our schedules yesterday. We were like kids in a candy shop and the added flavours of garlic plum, chutney , mint sauce, apple sause made our choices that much more difficult. We settled on a few choice cuts of meat, but when we were in the car again decided to go back for more. The tbone are the best in Australia that we have ever tasted. My husband states the tbone was the best hes ever had. Summerville Meats actually cut the tbone to the thickness you want and that alone is a big value add.
