A must visit spot on K’gari. Best visited on a sunny day so the water is a little warmer and will look bluer. We didn’t swim as the water was very cold in August, but still amazing to walk the short boardwalk inland and then walk back to the beach via the creek. Read moreEli Creek is a natural water park you walk to one end of the board walk and can drift all the way to the end once you get in the water. The water is quite low and such a cool experience.

If you want a good spot to park up by the creek you have to go really early, there isn’t much spots by the creek but plenty of places to park up nearby.
