My friend and I had the most amazing time at Elderflower farm yesterday! We were booked in for the flower picking & bouquet making workshop. It was our first visit here and we were blown away by the beautiful setting of the whole place. We had a quick coffee at the cafe before the workshop and it was really nice under the beautiful Jacaranda tree. Rachel the host was most energetic and friendly person you’d ever meet and that made the whole experience. We were taken to the flower gardens with a bucket and a pair of shear, and there were so much flowers everywhere in all kinds of varieties!! Picking these gorgeous flowers ourselves was just wonderful and they let us pick really generous amount that I ended up filling 2 vases and more back home. We didn’t have enough time but lunch looked lovely so we will have to come back. Seems to be a perfect family picnic place and your furry friends. We also brought some fresh produce and there were superb - especially the fruit loaf which has so much fruit and nuts inside. It was fair bit of driving to get here but it was all worth it!!

An absolute slice of serenity in the Scenic Rim. From the friendliness of staff to the very tasty food offerings to the simple yet gorgeous atmosphere of the grounds, this is a must do in the area. The café come gift shop has some wonderful local offerings and a variety of menu choices. Sitting under the trees enjoying the peace and quiet while having a coffee and a snack is a fantastic way to spend some time, either with a significant other or a catch up with friends. Then take a stroll through the grounds and appreciate the many flowers that surround you. Looking forward to our next visit already.

WEDDING REVIEW Stunning scenery perfect location and beautiful people is what makes Elder flower farm so great. Friends and family gathered at Elderflower farm for our wedding on 19/9/2025 Jen and the young girls who work in the cafe made canapes and main meals for the wedding reception all food served tasted beautiful and all staff were very efficient and friendly. The wedding ceremony and reception ran perfectly from start to finish. To everyone involved we thank you for making our special day perfect ❀ Allison & Daniel

Experience was ok. The qld man on the flower field rude and have no idea how to treat children. My teen daughter asked him a question and he angrily replied and scared her so she was tagging along with me after that as she was afraid to walk by herself. Seriously. Find someone with the good social skills please. I was going to advertise you and organise a group but will not now. Also cafe food and deserts are not good at all. When you book and pay $35 for pick your own , spending money in the cafe and buying some other things you sell and drive a long distance you really want to have a special experience. It was not! The flowers are limited choice and many not allowed to cut. It felt like we are on someone’s property and not allowed to do this and that and everything felt as a favour to...

My wife and I visited recently. Lovely venue overall. Food was very good but long wait times due to how busy it was. Staff were exceptional about getting us a table despite us not knowing about booking in advance. Gift shops were great but expected more in regards to the flower fields. Only 1 toilet for each gender- female toilet had a line. Great for pet owners but having pets come along does de-value it; especially when some pets weren’t on a leash at times. Staff were on the ball overall. Great leadership.

I think this works as a place that doesn’t become too popular; however as the popularity arises, the business needs to meet the demands without sacrificing quality.

Will be coming back again...
