Style House Fashion — Local services in Kin Kora

This is the complaint I made which was seen and NEVER responded too. Customer service is appalling!

“I’m usually not one to complain however, the treatment I received earlier in store today was disgusting to say the least, especially since it was by the owner of the store. I feel super awkward even writing this but nonetheless feel as though something needs to be said.

Firstly, waiting at the door the sign said 1pm and I had waited patiently in the car for ten mins before getting out and waiting at the door for another 5 mins. The girls had said someone was waiting to which she said “she can wait”.

Secondly, walking in store to the counter and apologizing to the lovely girl who helped me originally saying I would have come at a different time had I known there was something on to which the owner spoke loudly asking another team member what I said, in which she repeated back. The owner then said it was posted on Facebook so rudely, it actually took me by surprise.

I explained to her that id been contacted via text and voice mail and wasn’t told or I would have come at a different time. She rolled her eyes and made another remark. In which I responded for her not to be cranky.

I’ve left feeling unwelcome, awkward and like I never want to return though those doors. NO customer should EVER feel like I have today walking in to a store ESPECIALLY by an owner and especially when I was only in there picking up a dress in which was faulty in the...

Well I must say I have never in the world think I would buy these dressed then one day I really liked one and now I buy something neally every week, whether it's in the store or online 🤣🤣 I can honestly say that I feel great in these dresses and other items I buy, the fabric feels awesome, I love them.. i also must say Gabrielle and her staff are fantastic, so helpful in every way, lovely girls and smile everytime I enter their shop. So I highly recommend style house fashion for anyone. 👏👍😁 I still love the clothing, can't wait for more and more to come. Best clothing ever.....

My favourite online store for some gorgeous outfits! New items uploaded weekly and I love how easy it is to purchase the correct sizes as the descriptions and size guides are always accurate.
