Don's Meats — Local services in Melbourne

I reviewed Don’s Meats on Facebook and had to leave one here too! Don deserves all the accolades you’ll read here. It’s a shame one single star review ruined a perfect score, and the review had nothing to do with Don’s Meats! I can’t recommend Don more highly, this is an old fashion traditional local butcher where the man behind the name works behind the counter. The sausages are great and the eye fillet & porterhouse are outstanding. Don will cut whatever you want and any thickness you like and the advice will come with your meat. He’ll score your roast pork or pork belly. I reckon he’d even change a tyre for you...

Was pleasantly surprised to find a real fair dinkum ol school butcher. Great chicken Kiev and chicken snitty. Snags were also really good. When you get there you'll be greeted by Don who has been a butcher for ever with a smile and if you're not in a hurry he'll even throw in a yarn.
