Marshall's Quality Meats — Local services in Melbourne

I dropped into Marshall's after seeing an instagram reel about the brisket they make their pies with and they absolutely did not disappoint. That reel may well of been the best thing I have watched in my life if for no other reason than it got me to try their pies. The meat was divine, it just fell apart and the gravy was so rich without being overpowering, complimenting the brisket perfectly and all of that was encased in a marvellous crisp puff pastry. I am so full and yet I regret not purchasing more (make no mistake, I will be back). The pricing for everything is extremely reasonable and the service is amazing- I didn't catch their names but the guys on the counter were great and to be honest we would go back for them alone. Do yourself a favour and swing by Marshall's, can't recommend...

I love people who generate a genuine great energy about providing a great service. I waited for my turn and watched how the butcher served the customer. The customer bought some meat and the butcher said "ill give you a free dozen of eggs, and by the way do you have a dog?" the customer said " yes actually i do" The butcher said, "Help your self and take a bag of bones for your dog"

He was just as geniune and provided me with the same level of service, and a great friendly chat asking me about my morning and sharing a bit of his own morning.

Im a real believer in the "old fashion values of business" its goes a long way! And ill will only be going back to Marshall's because of this...

I never write reviews but this is worth it. My partner and I drove a little while for this butcher on Aus day and purchased a few eye fillet steaks, sausages, home made potato salad and a few other bits and pieces… ate it that night and it was hands down the best BBQ meat I have ever eaten.

The steak was cut on the spot to our liking and it was so tender. 100% recommend, the owner was awesome and we will be coming...
