I am compelled to share my utterly horrendous experience with Noahome, and I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company at all costs. My ordeal began in October when I placed an order for a mattress, expecting a reasonable delivery timeframe. Little did I know that this decision would lead to an ongoing nightmare that has left me frustrated and disappointed.
It is now December, and I am still without the mattress I ordered two months ago. Despite numerous emails seeking updates and delivery information, Noahome has failed miserably in providing any form of communication or reassurance. Their customer service is abysmal, and it appears they have no regard for the inconvenience caused to customers like me.
After persistently reaching out to them, I was promised on multiple occasions that the mattress would be delivered within November. However, this turned out to be nothing more than empty words, as I received no updates, no delivery, and certainly no further communication from Noahome. The sheer lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by this company is appalling.
In a desperate attempt to resolve the matter, I requested a full refund for my purchase. To add insult to injury, Noahome not only failed to process a refund but instead promised once again to deliver the mattress by the end of November. As a token gesture, they offered a meager $40 refund, a mere fraction of the frustration and inconvenience I have endured.
As of the 4th of December 2023, I have yet to receive any resolution or the promised mattress. At this point, I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter by contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria in the hope of finding a resolution. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of integrity and responsibility from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I implore anyone considering a purchase from Noahome to think twice. The level of incompetence, false promises, and disregard for customer well-being exhibited by this company is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Noahome – they will undoubtedly drive you nuts with their unfulfilled promises and appalling...
Read moreOrdered a mattress from this company in March and it finally arrived 2 months later which meant I had to sleep on the floor for the entire wait. It was not comfortable at all but I decided to try it out as it had a 120 days sleep trial.
After 3 months, I was waking up with sore throats and muscle aches which meant the mattress was not supporting me at all (sleeping on the floor is more comfortable and I was travelling for work which had beds for me that didn't make me unwell) so I decided it was time to get a refund. Noa contacted the Salvation Army to contact me to collect the mattress before I can get a refund. I know the Salvation Army is doing it's best so I decided it would be fine but come collection day.... which was a month wait, they couldn't find a parking spot and abandoned the task. They told me to either rebook on another day (another month and a bit wait) or contact Noa to collect the mattress themselves. I contacted the company because I am moving and needed the mattress gone.... who informed me that they EXCLUSIVELY work with the Salvation Army and cannot collect it themselves but would be happy if I donated it to another charity before they refund me. So the refund process now is up to me, the customer, to find someone to collect the mattress which most charities or collection company will not do unless I, by myself, get the mattress to curb side outside the building I am living in .... in perfect condition to be donated which is absolutely ridiculously impossible (AND pay for the companies out of my own pocket to pick it up).
It's one thing to promise a mattress to be deliver in 10 days from ordering but it took months but another to make it such a difficult process to get refunded for a sub par product under their own...
Read moreI placed an oder with Noa on 1 November, with delivery estimated by mid-December. I followed up with Noa in early December to ask for an update on the expected date of delivery, and was informed that there were delays and delivery was expected to happen in late January. I informed Noa that this was too long to be without a bed. Noa staff informed me that I could swap my order over to the other colour of the same bed, which they said they did have in stock and able to be delivered sooner, which I agreed to. About a week later, I received a message from the delivery agent stating that delivery would be made on 19 December. On 16 December I received another message from the delivery agent stating that the delivery had been cancelled due to no stock. On 21 December I received a call and a message from the delivery agent stating that they could deliver the bed on 23 December, which I said was great and we would be available for pickup. But today, 22 December I received yet another message from the delivery agent stating that the delivery had been cancelled due to no stock.
I have no faith that Noa is going to deliver the bed I ordered and paid for in full on 1 November. Also, I believe Noa has been lying about the availability of stock on given dates, to give the false appearance that an order is about to be delivered, only to be cancelled...
