What a legend! Late Sunday evening saved by Raymond from Snake Busters! We had our first encounter with a tiger snake and I can tell you it was not fun! We had a female (as it turned out) visiting our kitchen looking for a bite (ha, ha). We had an attempt to gently deal with her but she went into hiding. We called Snake Busters and Raymond was extremely helpful over the phone with lots of good advice. He was honest in saying that if the snake is not coming back there is nothing he can do but if it does he said to give him a call. The snake came back so we called him. He came on a late Sunday evening and dealt wit the problem like a pro. He then spent another extra hour in giving great advice about snakes as we live in the bush and most likely we will see them again. Thank you Raymond and Snake Busters!...

Absolute chaos at an event on the weekend. Felt so sorry for all of the reptiles which included snakes, frogs and alligators. They were handed around like lollies as if they weren't living or breathing reptiles.

The poor frogs were grabbed so rough, you also need to have damp and clean skin because frogs absorb chemicals into their body easily and none of that was done.

Some kid nearly dropped the alligator and had no supervision.

Not sure how this guy is still in business and hasn't been investigated.

Today I suspected a snake in my air vent, I spoke to Raymond the snake man and as I was not 100% sure, he advised me to send in a pic and we would assess the situation from there. Raymond was extremely prompt in responding to me advising me he did not believe it to be a snake from the photo. I got my torch out and it turned out to be a feather! Raymond the snake man talked me through everything which allowed me to stop freaking out and saved me a call out fee! Raymond was professional, accommodating and very knowledgeable.
