We often visit this store to purchase Sri Lankan groceries and short eats. However, I’ve noticed some concerning changes recently. Prices have increased, and several items are missing price tags, which makes shopping inconvenient.

Additionally, the short eats were not fresh during my last visit, which was disappointing.

Lastly, I’d like to highlight the importance of good customer service. The cashier appeared to have an unwelcoming attitude, which negatively impacted the overall experience. Excellent customer service is key to retaining loyal customers, but unfortunately, this visit has left me dissatisfied.

I don’t know where to start with this one. Absolutely terrible experience. The food was all spoiled or expired, making it impossible to buy anything. On top of that, the customer service was horrendous staff were rude and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, the cashier actually started swearing at me when I asked a simple question. I purchased koththu from this store yesterday it was spoiled. I got sick shortly after eating it and experienced stomach pain. This was really disappointing and concerning. Please improve your quality control — food safety is important. Don’t sell spoiled food like this. We bought this spent our money. And very expensive food and groceries this shop and Prices are not mentioned...
