Hiep Hung Asian Grocery Store — Local services in Mirrabooka

I asked them to simply microwave my order, but it took an unnecessarily long time. In one of the items I ordered, they even forgot to include the chicken. When I asked for a spoon, one of the staff snapped and said, “It’s in front,” without offering any assistance. As it was my first time there, and the utensils were placed in a non-conspicuous area, that response came off as rude and unhelpful.

Considering this is an airport location where speed and service are expected, the experience was disappointing and far from efficient. To be honest, if they’re going to ask for tips, it should be after providing decent service—not before. If that were the case, I’d have gladly given a zero.

Omg the store is so crowded but, the fresh produce is music to my taste buds and the variety of 2 min noodles and rice. The coconut water is so refreshing, it makes me make to explore the store even more. As I explore the store and adventure on into the deeper water, I encounter the wonderful section of the soy milk and bean curd, which is sweet and delicious. The customer service is out of this world, the three beautiful asian women working at the counter had the sweet tone of an angel blessing me. They are the kindest people, always welcoming with open-arms. The aunties and uncles in the store are always sweet and helping.

During Chinese New Year (Tết) ,they have the best watermelons, they are very round, the perfect size. There's a lovely group of youthful staff around this time that pick best watermelons, they also help to carry items from the store to the car.
