Great place to start rock climbing. There's a range of routes available rated between 10 and 25 I believe on the Australian standard and plenty of fixed gear locations. You can also top rope from the trees and fixed gear in the rock. Driving in is easy and the car park is 2 minutes walk from the rock face. Blackheath is about 10 minutes drive away and some good food options. We were brought here by the Australian school of mountaineering and it was a great day.

This is a hidden gem in the Blue Mountains. Free camping for self contained campers is available. If you are camping here, remember to leave no trace. There is plenty of parking and rubbish bins too with picnic tables and benches seats. The view is stunning over the valley. Drop toilets here also. Highly recommend stopping here.

Great spot for camping or van staying. Fantastic for sunset/ sunrise, especially wandering down the mountainside for some isolation, as parts are busy...
