Absolutely disgraceful the things people do to a pristine area. Filth everywhere. Old clothes, smashed up bottles, Fishing line, broken bottles. Graffiti. Probably from the same heroes that trashed the car. I don't blame council one bit for not letting their workers touch this filth. I just feel sorry for the council workers. Read moreThe bridge is a functional yet not beautiful reminder of the excellent capability and ingenuity of our local homegrown manufacturing sector, it provides excellent views of the Hunter River, however, any attempt to travel east or west of not readily accommodated.

During our crossing we encountered a couple of sharp bumps but that is to be expected when a bridge is built to open and close.
